Launched March 2007, “TheBPlot” column by Richard Virgilio is published in hard-copy every Thursday in “The Coaster Newspapers” and online at TheBPlot.com. TheBPlot.com is the area’s #1 viewed features site and was nominated for the”Best Independent Website Award” by the New Jersey Society of Professional Journalists in 2010. The site welcomes contributions from local writers.
Richard also writes the “City to See” column in Monmouth County’s #1 lifestyle magazine, “Currents” and serves as an occasional news features correspondent for SiriusXM.
Richard worked in production for programs such as “The Maury Povich Show,” “The Carnie Wilson Show” and “The Howard Stern Show.” He has been “Gay Rich” for years on Howard’s radio show.
In addition to Howard Stern’s terrestrial radio show, Richard was regularly featured on Howard’s E! Entertainment show, the short-lived
CBS Saturday night show and in both Howard’s tomes “Miss America” and “Private Parts.” In December 2010, Richard returned to the “The Howard Stern Show,” now on Sirius XM, for Howard’s “Best of the 90′s” series.

I finally had a chance to surf this site. Good to see you’re doing well, Rich. Great web site. Funny story about Roger Daltry. I had the same type of deal with Diamond David Lee. What an asshole. One of the biggest laughs you gave me was when Howard was running down a list of other guys on the show to see if you would “do” them, and when Howard got to Grillo, you said “He’d do in a pinch”.
