Launched March 2007, TheBPlot by Richard Virgilio is published in hard-copy every Thursday in The Coaster Newspapers and online at TheCoaster.net and TheBPlot.com.  TheBPlot is the area’s #1 viewed features and lifestyle site.  The column is driven by great features, gossip, grooming and gifts.  Hot local news is published at TheBPlot.com as warranted.

Prior to writing for The Coaster, Richard worked in production for programs such as “The Maury Povich Show,” “The Carnie Wilson Show” and “The Howard Stern Show.”  He was “Gay Rich” on Stern’s radio show. 

In addition to the terrestrial radio show, he was regularly featured on Stern’s E! Entertainment show, short-lived CBS Saturday night show and in both his tomes “Miss America” and “Private Parts”.
