Monday evening, a police car sat in a fire zone at the corner of Bangs Avenue and Emory Street.  “It’s been here for days,” said a shop owner.  A closer look revealed a ticket on the car’s windshield.  An even closer look revealed someone with a sense of humor “ticketed” the ticketers and had passers-by (like me) laughing…

On closer inspection, the ticket had the identifying information of the original offender blacked out.  The violation was for

Highlighted and quadruple underlined on the faux ticket was the infraction - parking in a fire zone.  Circled was the $60 fine.  The date was overwritten with a marker as well.
